This video, made for SW Florida's Cultivate Abundance, has been instrumental in growing the reach of their message and gaining funders and other supporters.

Ecotourism has a time-tested model to be financially viable, as well as socially and ecologically beneficial. Global Basecamps provides unique access to destinations worldwide, and it was wonderful to create this video in support of their Kenya products visiting Nairobi, Lake Nakuru National Park, and the Maasai Mara National Reserve.

Grant Deliverables: ​Mobile Tech and Community Science

Mobile technology has revolutionized environmental and sustainability sectors, and now even beginners can contribute to numerous types of initiatives thought their smartphone. I filmed and produced several explainer videos of smartphone-based community science apps, including this one introducing the basics of iNaturalist. 
​
From documenting species to monitoring reforestation, smartphone apps have
brought a sea change to the conservation sector. Filmed at Rancho Jamul
​Ecological Reserve, this grant-funded video served as an intro to iNaturalist.
Nonprofit Program Marketing: African Agroecology Exchange Program
​
Working with MESA (Multinational Exchange for Sustainable Agriculture) to develop their Global Agroecology Exchange Pathways Program, I served as videographer with NGO collaborators to film, script and edit a promotional video inviting Americans to Kenya to learn about ecological agriculture and community development through an Indigenous lens. 
​

based training and demonstration center dedicated to promoting ecological
farming. seed saving and food sovereignty" located in Thika, Kenya.
